In addition to his parts management duties he has been responsible for all information technology upgrades and management of IT network. A technician since 1968, he has 35 years of automotive experience and training. He is a graduate of the GM Automotive Training School, the Allison 1000/2000 series Certification Program and the Duramax Diesel Certification Program. He is certified by GM Medium Duty in automatic transmission and HVAC repairs. In June 2009, he transferred into the parts department. Norm Roher, Parts Consultant and Driver, joined McCormick Motors in July 1999.
